Heritage Home Carpentry, Inc. was started in the spring of 1989. Since the start of the company HHC has been involved with all forms of remodeling, post and beam construction and custom built homes. HHC is an experienced, sought after construction firm that continually strives to enhance the lives of its neighbors through high quality finished products.

Management

Carl E. Lund, President of HHC, for more than 25 years has constantly stayed up to date with the latest construction technologies for the field. Out of the service in 1971, he started his career as a carpenter. He began his career framing and applying finish trim to new houses. In the 80's Carl turned toward the remodeling industry. The attributes learned by framing and installing finish trim for new homes served him well in the remodeling industry. He held positions within the company he worked for from lead carpenter to field supervisor. In the late 80's, Carl left the company to head out and build to his own high standards and as a result, to this day, the majority of our business is through word of mouth. He has been President of HHC since 1989.

Cynthia Lund, Vice President/CFO, has been an influential force in keeping the company's finances in order. Cynthia received her MA from Lesley College, in 1987, with a specialty in adult education and data management. She worked as an information professional for over 25 years. Since 1994, Cynthia has worked for HHC re-vamping the job tracking processes several times. Her continued excellence in keeping HHC on track makes it possible for us to be an active part of the community for many years to come.

Christopher Lund, Vice President, computerized the long hand estimating practice and sales since his acceptance to a position in the company in 1996. Chris received his BS from Michigan State University and has worked for HHC since he graduated. During his tenure, Chris has obtained his unrestricted construction supervisor's licence. Chris makes the process from conceptuals to finish very user friendly for our clients. Chris always responds to every request.
